The Caledonian Edinburgh is seeking Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to join our distinguished team. Set in the heart of Scotland’s capital, our hotel is synonymous with timeless elegance, refined hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences.

• Previous food and beverage experience is desirable, though not essential – we pride ourselves on developing future hospitality professionals.

The Role:

As a Casual Food & Beverage Team Member, you will be an ambassador for our brand, delivering attentive, personalised service across our food and beverage outlets, including our restaurants, bar, breakfast service, room service and events spaces. You will contribute to an atmosphere of understated luxury, ensuring every guest interaction is effortless, warm and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional luxury service in line with our standards
• Welcome and engage guests with confidence, professionalism and genuine care
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to guide and enhance the guest experience
• Respond to guest requests with efficiency, discretion and attention to detail
• Support seamless service across all Food & Beverage Operations.
