Foot Mobile Fabric Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading maintenance contractors who are looking for an experienced fabric engineer to work on a foot mobile basis covering a portfolio of sites in the W1 and WC1 postcodes.

Duties:

General maintenance duties
Basic plumbing
Painting
Carpentry (hanging doors, changing locks)
Office moves
Replacing floor boxes
Lamping
Emergency light testing Package:

£37,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)
