Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting forklift drivers to join a busy international cargo warehouse at Heathrow Airport.

The Candidate:
The ideal person for the Forklift Driver position would need the following:

- Full Valid Forklift Licence (counterbalance)
- Be able to provide your last 5 years history
- Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
- The candidate must be flexible with shift work, including nights
- UK right to work
- Proof of National Insurance

Duties and Responsibilities of a Forklift Driver:

Operate counterbalanced forklifts to load/unload vehicles and move cargo safely.
Candidates will be expected to use hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo.
Process paperwork in accordance with our client's requirements.
Handling special cargo products
Building and breaking pallets
Manual handling
Preparing and palletizing cargo as needed
To make a success of this role, you must have previous experience of working in a busy modern warehouse
Our warehouse operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you will also need to be prepared to work shift patterns.

Shifts: Please note the warehouse operates 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work both days and nights.
