Tier One Main Contractor delivering flagship nine figure mixed use / commercial schemes in Central London is seeking a Mechanical Project Director to take control of the mechanical packages.

The Role

• Lead mechanical strategy across shell, core and fit out
• Manage mechanical subcontractor performance
• Drive technical compliance and design resolution
• Manage installation sequencing and programme alignment
• Oversee commissioning and client handover
• Report into senior MEP and Project leadership

Experience Required

• Proven delivery of large scale mechanical packages £30m+ or £50M + M&E
• New build commercial or mixed use background
• Strong commissioning and testing knowledge
• Main contractor experience preferred
