Mortgage Administrator
Salary: £25k - £28k DOE
Location: Horsham
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in mortgage or financial services administration? You will play a key role in supporting experienced Mortgage Advisers, ensuring the efficient processing of client applications from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers to progress mortgage applications.
- Prepare and manage documentation in line with FCA compliance requirements.
- Chase outstanding documents and upload information to lender portals.
- Provide timely updates to clients and advisers throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system.
- Manage general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and email/phone correspondence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mortgage administration or financial services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
