Location: Bognor Regis Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 08:00am - 18:00pm (Flexible) Rate of Pay: From £13.96 per hour

Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our client nursery setting in Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing team dedicated to delivering high-quality early years education.

About the Role

You'll be working with children from 0 to age five, supporting their development across the EYFS framework. The role will involve working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Promote children's learning and development through creative play, outdoor activities, and purposeful interactions

Support emotional well-being, social skills, and independence

Help maintain a positive and structured environment with clear routines

Contribute to planning and delivery of age-appropriate learning opportunities

Observe and document children's progress to inform assessments and planning

Provide support tailored to individual needs, fostering an inclusive setting

Assist with personal care routines while upholding dignity and respect

Adhere to safeguarding and confidentiality policies consistently

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

Have hands-on experience in a nursery or early years setting

Are committed to creating a safe and stimulating environment for children

Bring warmth, enthusiasm, and patience to your work

Have a sound understanding of child development and the EYFS

Communicate effectively with colleagues and families

Possess good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
