Hourly Rate: £19.42 per hour PAYE
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12 weeks)
Location: Welwyn GardenJoin a Resident and Climate Change team as a Repairs Complaints Resolution Officer. This role is crucial for managing and resolving complaints related to property services. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:

Allocate complaints related to property services efficiently and effectively.
Investigate and respond to complaints at all levels, ensuring thorough and timely resolutions.
Oversee and respond to Members' enquiries, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Chair contractor meetings to discuss and resolve complaint issues, fostering collaborative solutions.
Produce and update reports on complaint trends to help in strategic planning and improvement of services.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in handling and resolving complaints within a local authority or housing-based environment.
Strong investigative skills and the ability to analyse information to resolve complex issues.
