I am currently working with a manufacturing client in Northampton who are looking for a Quality engineer to join the team.

Main Responsibilities:

Taking on claims from clients, going out to clients/ customer sites to inspect what the problems are with the final products
Completing file documentation and reports
Involved in new business developments, involved in any new business partners joining the company
Currently the quality team all have different posiitons in the business so this will be a standalne role
Carryng out 8D reporting
Act as customer support and the face of the business To be considered for this position you will be/ have been a quality engineer with a heavy background in customer and supplier relations.
