Key responsibilities: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant - Ealing

  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and student engagement
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Monitor and track student progress under the guidance of the SENCO

Ideal candidates will have: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant

  • A 2:2 degree or above (any subject welcome)
  • Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A desire to pursue a career in teaching or educational support
  • Availability to work full-time for the full academic year
