MFL Teacher

Location: Burnley

Pay rate: £168 - £215 per day

Job type: Full-time

Contract: Short-term supply

Rotherwood Education are looking to recruit a highly motivated MFL Teacher, to join a forward thinking, vibrant high school in the Burnley area.

This position is set to start ASAP, and it is full-time until October Half Term.

Role Responsibilities:

• Have previous experience teaching French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4
• Be an excellent, inspirational teacher with strong classroom management
• Support students in achieving their full potential
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Plan and assess students' progress in line with the curriculum
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the learning experience
• Parents evenings if required

Requirements:

• Hold a valid teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or QTLS
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Hold a current DBS check or be prepared to apply for a new one
