We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Building Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of a residential development in Battersea area. The role involves maintaining high standards across communal areas, liaising effectively with residents, managing agents, contractors, and ancillary staff, and ensuring health, safety, and fire safety compliance. You will play a key role in inspections, reporting, contractor supervision, and supporting cleaning operations, while providing a visible, professional presence for residents. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in a residential sector, excellent communication skills, good organisational ability, good building maintenance knowledge, and a confident yet diplomatic approach, with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude toward hands-on work
