Axon Moore is working with a growing business in the Wigan area to recruit a confident and motivated Sales Executive.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset to join a supportive commercial team and play a key role in driving revenue.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Respond to inbound sales enquiries and follow up on warm leads
Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up to close sales
Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM systems
Collaborate with wider teams including marketing, operations, and account management

🙌 What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Target-driven, with a proactive and resilient attitude
Comfortable building relationships over the phone, email, and in person
Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

⭐ Desirable (but not essential)

Experience in a B2B or product-based sales environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Local knowledge of the Wigan or North West business landscape
