Purosearch are looking for an experienced clinical deputy manager to join a national care provider and oversee one of their large homes in North London.

As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of this large nursing home and will manage a team of nurses and ensure that the best standard of care is given to the residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to try and improve the CQC rating of the home.

It is essential that the chosen candidate is a Registered Nurse and has a strong CQC background. Furthermore, the chosen candidate should be a strong character with good communication skills, as you will be managing a team of nurses and motivating them to give the best standard of care to the residents. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead who is looking for a step up.

Essential Qualifications and Experience of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN):
• Nurse qualification - RGN or RMN with an active PIN.
• Experience managing staff teams.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Experience of writing care plans, carrying out audits, and experience of recruitment.
• Strong clinical skills.
• The availability to work flexible shifts.
