About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Morden. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, clean, and safe outdoor environments.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard, including:

✂️ Grass Cutting

Flower Bed Maintenance

Litter Picking & Site Cleanliness

Shrub Pruning & Hedge Trimming

General Caretaking & Site Support Duties

✅ What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings both skill and commitment to their work. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous Grounds Maintenance Experience (essential)

Relevant Horticultural Qualification or at least 1 year of multi-skilled experience

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude

⚠️ Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations in the workplace
