Job Title: Estimator
Location: Rochford, Essex (Hybrid - Office & Remote Working)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join a rapidly growing main contractor based in Rochford, Essex. With a strong pipeline of work and well-established processes, this role is ideal for someone with around 6 years' experience who is looking to take ownership of the estimating function and contribute to the business's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead on estimating for a range of projects including education, commercial offices, theatres, and select residential developments.

*

Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, working closely with the Pre-Construction and wider delivery teams.

*

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

*

Support the commercial team with cost planning and value engineering.

*

Maintain and improve internal estimating systems and databases.

What We're Looking For:

*

Around 6 years of estimating experience within a main contracting environment.

*

A driven and ambitious individual, ideally looking to step up and lead the estimating function.

*

Experience across similar sectors (education, commercial, residential) is beneficial.

*

Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.

*

Based within a commutable distance to Rochford, Essex - with flexible working available.
