SALARY: £21000 - £22000/annum

Our client is looking for a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor for their busy 4-star property in East Sussex. The hotel offers a wide range of meeting and event space which is ideal for day meetings, residential conferences or weddings together with a spa and 100+ bedrooms.
The Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing conferences and events run to a high standard whilst aiming to increase staff development and profitability to meet targets.
Experience and Skills required
• Experience in an operational management role in a hotel or events company is essential
• Experienced in running a mix of corporate and leisure events
• Good knowledge of food and wines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and train staff
• Able to work to deadlines

Salary and Benefits
• My client is offering the successful Conference and Banqueting Supervisor a salary of £22,000
• 5 days out of 7 on a 48-hour contract.
