Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Vision for Education is proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and forward-thinking SEN secondary school in Ashford who are seeking a committed SEN Secondary Teacher to join their team.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to small groups of secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex learning needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Teach core subjects such as English, Maths, PSHE, or other areas according to your specialism
Develop individualised learning plans tailored to each pupil's needs and EHCP targets
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and parents to support each child holistically

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Experience working with pupils with SEN, either in mainstream or specialist settings
A patient, resilient, and adaptable teaching style
Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing attitude
A passion for helping young people reach their potential
