We are looking for a Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing firm in South Woodham Ferrers. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience working as a Quality Manager or equally for a Quality Inspector to step up into a Quality Management position.

You will join the leadership team in pushing the quality agenda forward, implementing the quality manual across the business, as well as working hands on undertaking inspections as required. My client work within the motorsport, medical, aviation and defence industry.

Key responsibilities of the Quality manager include;

* Completing audits for production and logistics

* Carrying out equipment inspections

* Ensuring health and safety requirements are met and carrying out risk assessments

* Managing QMS

* Completing product approvals

* Implementing quality strategies and policies

Key experience of the Quality Manager include;

* The ideal candidate will have experience within a Quality Management and Quality Inspection within a manufacturing environment.

* Strong communication skills and previous experience working within multiple people

* Engineering and manufacturing experience

* Forward-thinking

* A good understanding of ISO quality standards
