The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll support a portfolio of clients, providing expert HR advice and managing a broad range of employee relations and people-related matters. You'll build strong client relationships, guide organisations through complex HR issues, and contribute to improving their people practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client queries through to resolution
• Advising on employee relations issues and wider HR matters
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Updating HR policies and documentation
• Assisting with client meetings, audits, and ongoing relationship management
• Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practice
• Supporting business development activities where required

About You

• Experience within HR consultancy
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law
• CIPD Level 7
• Confident managing multiple clients and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed
• Business development skills and experience
