  • Provide leadership and expert guidance within the Family Help Team
  • Support complex casework and decision-making to ensure high standards of practice
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of reflective practice and learning
  • Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective interventions
  • Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support

Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
  • Significant experience in children and families social work
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
  • Ability to support and guide complex cases effectively
