Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the construction site.

*

Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.

*

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project delivery.

*

Monitor progress against schedule and assist in solving on-site issues.

*

Maintain site records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a site-based role within new build construction.

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.

*

Health & Safety knowledge (SMSTS/SSSTS is desirable).

*

Full UK Driving Licence.
