We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Operative to support our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Assemble products or components according to work instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain clean, organised workstations
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets
• Report issues or defects to supervisors promptly
• Assist with material handling and basic warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical fitness for standing, moving, and light to moderate lifting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and consistent work practices

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.35pm, Friday early finish at 1.10pm
