Account Customer Quotations Coordinator

Location: Holywell

Contract: Full‑time, Permanent Monday- Friday

Role Overview

Take ownership of day‑to‑day pricing and quotations, ensuring all customer prices meet agreed margins and reflect any additional charges. You'll act as the primary point of contact for pricing requests and work closely with the Area Sales Manager and internal teams to maintain competitiveness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Process inbound pricing requests and issue timely, accurate quotes
Monitor contribution margins and annotate extra charges clearly
Update, cleanse, and manage pricing data in CRM systems
Forecast opportunities, track meterage and order volumes
Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to secure contractor orders
Maintain KPIs and support team during absences
Verify project details using tools like Glenigans
Conduct database research and present findings clearly
Prioritise and manage workload independently

Skills & Experience Required

Excellent attention to detail and data‑entry accuracy
Effective communicator with good negotiation and customer service skills
Proactive, organised, and able to meet KPIs consistently
Familiarity with CRM or similar systems is advantageous
