Pay & Shifts:

* From £14.82 per hour

* Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

* Shift flexibility initially required due to training

Key responsibilities include:

* Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures, including CCPs and GMPs

* Carrying out start-up checks such as machine and temperature verification and documentation

* Following production records and recipes with attention to quality control

* Ensuring accurate filling, capping, storage, and stock rotation

* Operating authorised machinery safely and maintaining clean work areas

* Assisting with weekly clean downs, stock takes, and supporting other departments

* Reporting any food safety concerns or machinery issues promptly

What we're looking for:

* Level 2 HACCP food safety training (or above), including allergen awareness

* Experience in a food production or cook role within a manufacturing setting

* Strong commitment to hygiene and safety standards

* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
