Right Education is registering new Cover Supervisors for flexible work across secondary schools in Sheffield and the surrounding areas. Whether you're a recent graduate, a future teacher, or simply experienced working with young people, we'll support you into the classroom.

What you'll be doing
• Leading pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils focused
• Building quick rapport with staff and students
• Feeding back to school teams on pupil engagement and progress

What we're looking for
• Confident communicators with a calm, professional presence
• Experience working with young people in schools, coaching, tutoring or youth settings
• A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet
• No formal teaching qualification required. Graduates or Level 3 qualified applicants welcome
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
