As a School Tutor, you'll embark on a rewarding journey, guiding a student through the fascinating worlds of English, Maths, and Science.

1 hour of Maths, Science and English twice a week

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, Science, or a related field.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience in English, Maths, and Science subjects is ideal.
Creativity, adaptability, and a zest for making learning exciting and enjoyable.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.

Responsibilities:

Conduct vibrant one-on-one tutoring sessions, bringing learning to life in English, Maths, and Science.
Craft innovative lesson plans that captivate the student's imagination and curiosity.
Champion a positive and supportive learning environment where the student's potential flourishes.
Celebrate milestones and progress, boosting the student's confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

The Academics Stoke office covers Stoke, Staffordshire and East Cheshire, and we have recently started working with schools in Derbyshire. After opening the office in September 2011, we have built strong relationships with local Primary and Secondary schools and provide them with a high quality local service! Our teaching agency in Stoke offers a personal service to our Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors by listening to their needs and placing them in schools and positions that suit them.
