The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering a high standard of service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
- Managing files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
- Communicating effectively with clients, agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
- Contributing to business development and client care initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (more experienced applicants are encouraged to apply)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
