Manage the full project lifecycle, including RFIs, pre-qualification, tendering, contract award, and closure

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal governance processes
Represent the commercial department in customer and subcontractor meetings
Oversee the creation and maintenance of commercial processes, templates, and guidance

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in commercial, legal, or contract management roles, preferably in a defence or highly regulated environment
Proven track record of drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts and subcontracts
Strong understanding of import/export regulations (desirable, but not essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality work
