Enthusiastic Science Teacher Wanted in Hammersmith! Well-Equipped Department

Our well-respected school in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking an Enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our well-equipped and supportive Science department. We are looking for a teacher who can inspire a love of science in students across Key Stages 3 and 4 and potentially contribute to A-Level teaching in their specialist area.

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Role: Science Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Salary: MPS/UPS

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and practical Science lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).

* Foster a sense of curiosity and encourage students to develop their scientific inquiry skills.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver a stimulating Science curriculum.

* Contribute to the effective assessment and monitoring of student progress in Science.

* Potentially contribute to the teaching of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at A-Level, depending on expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Science or one of the core disciplines.

* Degree in Science or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).

* A strong passion for science and the ability to make it accessible and engaging for students of all abilities.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

* A commitment to student-centered learning and high achievement in Science.
