Management Accountant

Central Manchester

Salary: Up to £50,000

Axon Moore are partnering with a ambitious Manchester based property business that are shaping the skyline. They drive their developments on sustainability & transparency, enhancing communities' natural development.

We are looking to appoint a newly qualified accountant who is experienced in accounts preparation, whether that be an industry-qualified accountant with SME experience, or a first-time mover from a small to mid-tier accountancy practice with strong accounts preparation experience.

You'll work closely with two experienced finance leaders in a role offering excellent exposure, autonomy, and career development.

4 days in a luxury Manchester office, 1 day WFH
Daily Duties:

Production of Management Accounts and Client Reports including prepayments, accruals, and journals
Management of Service Charges including preparation of budgets and reconciliations
Budgeting and Cashflow forecasting
Assist in the preparation of Statutory Accounts
Preparation of cash forecasts
Supporting other internal teams with financial documents
Personal Profile:

ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified accountant
Experienced with the preparation of management accounts, budgeting and cashflow forecasting
Strong attention to detail
A creative problem solver
Strong communicator with various stakeholders
Property experience is desired but not essential
