An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join a growing charity based in South Cambridge. The role will provide financial insight and support across the organisation, helping teams make informed decisions. Within this role you will report into the Finance Manager. This role also offers hybrid working arrangements, with up to 3 days a week at home once you've passed your probationary period. 

As the incoming Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including:
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.

Produce and update reports and analysis using Excel and PowerBI

Provide financial guidance and training to non-Finance colleagues.

Facilitate communication between Finance and wider teams.

Assist with small project reviews, onboarding, and process improvements.

As the successful candidate for this position, you will possess previous experience working within an accounts role before, with good knowledge and understanding of procedures and principles. You will also have proficiency in microsoft excel, with the ability to do V/X Lookups and Pivot Tables. Other desirable attributes include:

- Prior knowledge of business partnering would be advantageous
