Graduate Surveyor (RICS)

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Must have a driving licence to apply and own transport preferred (but not essential)

Are you a recent RICS-accredited graduate eager to build a successful career in commercial surveying? Responsibilities:

• Assisting with commercial property viewings and inspections across various sectors.
• Conducting market research and analysis to support both the agency and professional teams.
• Preparing marketing material including brochures, CRM listings, and uploading to online portals.
• Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, and professional contacts.
• Supporting RICS Registered Valuers on secured lending, expert witness, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Undertaking inspections and preparing reports in line with RICS standards.

Requirements:

• RICS-accredited degree (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using CRM systems.
• A proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage your own workload.
• Experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential.
