About the Role

As a General Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment
Support children with additional needs to access learning
Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For

A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable.
A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential.We Offer
