A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in West Croydon, Surrey. CBW is currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a High End Residential building based in the Croydon, Surrey maintaining all Landlord areas. The successful candidate will be Electrical Biased Multi-Skilled engineer biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working on a single person site maintenance team, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00Package

Up to £42,000
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Overtime available (Lots Available)

Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
 A proven track record in Building Maintenance
Good Communication Skills.
Good Leadership & Management skills
