Our welcoming and supportive Special Needs School in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

Full-time position supporting students with a range of special educational needs.

Work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide high-quality learning experiences.

Help create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Support students' academic, emotional, and social development.

Immediate start available - ideally after October half term.

About You:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable, but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.

Reliable, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting young people.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS.
