Conveyancer - Farnborough - Established Firm

A well-established and respected law firm in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its long-standing property team. The successful candidate will take over an active and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and join a department known for its expertise, continuity, and commitment to making the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients.

The Role
The role will cover a full range of residential property work, including:

  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Buy to let transactions
  • Shared ownership
  • Equity release
  • Auction sales
  • Option agreements
  • Adverse possession claims

There is also scope to be involved in property development matters, such as:

  • Purchasing development land via conditional contracts or option agreements
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Acting for local builders and private clients selling land for development
  • Handling subsequent sales of freehold and leasehold plots

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a conveyancer who:

  • Has 5+ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Can handle residential conveyancing transactions independently
  • Is practical, well-organised, and attentive to detail
  • Offers excellent client care and communication skills
  • Enjoys being part of a close-knit, experienced team

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and confident conveyancer to take on an established caseload and work within a supportive and reputable practice.
