Learning Support Assistant
Start Date: September Pay: £15.15 per hour (including holiday pay) Hours: Full-time & part-time available Contract: Temporary, term-time only

Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the inclusive strategy across the college. You will be the key point of contact between Learning Support and Programme Areas, ensuring effective collaboration and shared planning. Your expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and High Needs will be crucial in providing holistic support to learners.Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold or be wiling to apply for an enhanced DBS certificate.
- Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or related field.
- Experience working with learners with SEND, EHCPs, and High Needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
