Job title: Insurance Account Manager
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Mon-Fri
We’re looking for an experience customer services professional to join an insurance brokers, dealing with commercial insurance for small business with responsibility for renewing contracts and retaining clients. Your duties will include:
• Liaising with small business customers
• Securing contract renewals
• Experience working in an insurance brokers, ideally working with commercial clients
• Excellent customer services skills
• 20 days holiday plus 8 stats
• Pension after 3 months
