Role Overview:
  • Powder Coater position with growing engineering team in Basingstoke
  • Night shifts: 4pm - 2am, Monday to Thursday
  • Permanent position with immediate start available
  • Precision work coating manufactured plates for assembly or client delivery
Key Responsibilities:
  • Powder coating with full range of coatings: polyester, epoxy, and epoxy/polyester hybrids
  • Loading and unloading spray booth
  • Setting up for different coating types
  • Ensuring all plates meet quality standards
  • Working on both decorative finishes and protective coatings
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience with paint spray or powder coating
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Understanding that preparation work is as important as application
  • Ability to work well in a team while being self-motivated
  • Reliability and self-motivation for night shift work
  • "No room for 'that'll do'" attitude
