Operations Manager (Social Care)

Calderdale, West Yorkshire (Hybrid)

£350 per day

Purpose:          

Provide operational management and take forward the adult social care vision and the new operating  model based on strength and asset-based approaches.
Represent Adult Social Care in the development and implementation of the five localities in Calderdale Cares.
Take managerial responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and partnership working for your  portfolio area. 
Ensure your portfolio area meets its statutory responsibilities with regard to legislation and  safeguarding.
Ensure the direct provision in your portfolio meets the regulatory requirements meets CQC standards.
Manage the efficient and effective utilisation of all resources available to your portfolio.
As a member of extended leadership team support the Directorate in the implementation of strategy,  policy and delivery of the Directorate priorities.
