Business Development Manager - 6403
Location: Stroud area + MUST DRIVE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing team within the industrial packaging sector.

This role is ideal for someone confident in developing new business, meeting targets, and looking to grow within a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:

Proactively identify and contact potential customers in a B2B environment

*

Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities

*

Understand customer requirements and promote tailored product solutions

*

Accurately update CRM systems with customer information and sales activity

*

Maintain clear records of customer needs, discussions, and sales conversions

*

Attend site visits to develop relationships and secure new business

Key Skills of a Business Development Manager:

Proven experience in a KPI-driven sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
