Our Client in Brackmills, Northampton is seeking a transport administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis. The position could lead to a permanent position following on from a successful trail period. Immediate starts available.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely transport records
- Briefing and debriefing drivers
- Act as a key point of contact within our Transport Office
- Process transport paperwork and input data into systems
- Support complaint resolution and general admin tasks
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider transport team
Preferred:
- Recent experience in a Transport Administration role is essential
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, systems input, emails)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and team-working mindset
