Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and maintain industrial machinery to ensure smooth production.
Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product quality.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and carry out minor maintenance tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Follow all safety protocols and quality standards rigorously.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in machine operation or a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights and weekends (Day Shift 06:40-19:00, and Night Shift 18:40-07:00)
