Collins Property Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Build to Rent/Developer based in Manchester. We are seeking an established Building Manager who will become a pivotal member of the onsite team, contributing to an exceptional resident experience through the provision of a high standard of repairs and maintenance. The salary is circa £25,000 per annum plus great benefits and company values. The Building Manager will:

• Provide an effective management service across a series of apartment blocks, which ensures that people living in the development enjoy a quality home and estate services.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the building and the external frontage and car park, to carry out basic repairs and maintenance whilst ensuring compliance with the clients Health and Safety and COSHH guidance.
• Support the Facilities Manager by completing building maintenance and plant room requirements as directed.
• Be a point of contact for all residents so the ideal candidate will be expected to be polite, approachable, highly motivated and professional at all times.

Requirements for the Building Manager role:

• 2 years in a similar role within a residential property company.
• Excellent knowledge of H&S rules and legislation.
• Positive, problem solver.
• Full driving licence.
