PLASTERER WITH SOCIAL HOUSING CONTRACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A TEMP POSITION IN BIRMINGHAM

Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Birmingham

Hourly Rate: £21-£23 Per hour (CIS)

Contract length: 3 Months on going

Van and Fuel card

Responsibilities For Plasterer Role:

* Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on Social Housing properties, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.

* Take ownership of assigned work, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions.

* Complete all tasks within allocated budgets and timelines to maintain operational efficiency.

* Operate in accordance with company Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

* Keep up to date with the latest technical advancements and legal requirements relevant to your areas of expertise.

* Execute duties with minimal supervision whilst maintaining professionalism and a strong commitment to quality.

Requirements for Plasterer Role:

* Previous experience in a Plasterer role

* NVQ

* Full, clean driving licence (maximum 5 points)

Desirable Criteria

* Social housing experience
