The Best Connection is recruiting for a Sewing Machinist on behalf of our client based in Knowsley!
The job includes the following:
- Operate sewing machines to stitch mattress panels, borders, handles, trims
- Work with thick fabrics, foam and padding materials
- Follow production patterns, measurements and technical instructions
- Inspect sewn components for defects, inconsistencies and structural issues
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Key requirements:
- Previous experience operating industrial or heavy-duty sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow patterns, measurements and technical instructions
This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
We have immediate starts available following a completed registration and successful interview completed on site.
