Contek Recruitment are working with a precision engineering client based in Solihull, who are looking for an experienced CNC Turner (Setter/Operator) to join their team on a 4 day working week!
PAY: £14-15 per hour (Dependent on experience)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday (06:15 AM until 16:15 PM) (Flexible)
Our client is actively recruiting for a CNC Turner (Setter/Operator) to join the team due to their upcoming new projects.
Job duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities:
Setting and operating Mazak lathes.
Machining a range of exotic metals, including Mild & Stainless Steels, Aluminium, and more.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Utilising engineering measuring equipment.
Follow all company policies and procedures..
Provide support and training to other team members when required.
Requirements:
Previous CNC Turning experience is required.
Previous experience setting and operating Mazak lathes is desirable (not essential).
