Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established firm in Wolverhampton who's currently got an opportunity for a Senior Accountant.

Role Requirements -

• Able to coach and mentor juniors in relation to general bookkeeping.
• Prepare, review and/or sign off VAT returns.
• Prepare, review and sign off trail balances.
• Prepare, review and sign off corporate accounts.
• Prepare, review and sign off CT600s.
• Prepare, review and sign off monthly payroll & CIS filings.

Personal Requirements -

• ACA / ACCA qualified with extensive experience within a UK Accountancy firm.
• Solid accountancy practice experience, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping, statutory accounts, and management accounts.
• Good understanding of corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax and VAT.
• Familiarity with cloud accounting systems
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
