Groundcare Service Technician - Framlingham

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced technician with experience in groundcare, garden, or small agricultural machinery for our well-established client based in Framlingham.

How does the day-to-day look?

Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and servicing on groundcare machinery
Using the latest diagnostic software for hydraulic and electrical systems
Maintaining and repairing customer equipment on-site
Providing excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
Traveling to customer locations as part of a mobile service role
You will have:

Experience with domestic or professional grass machinery (advantageous)
Knowledge of garden, utility, or small agricultural machinery
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Competent with computers and diagnostic software
Full UK driving licence required
Schedule: Monday to Friday (overtime available)

Pay rate: Competitive DOE
