RTL are on the look out for a Demolition Site manager to work for our valued client in Cambridge.

Site Manager duties:

* Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.

* Managing specialist Sub Contractors

* Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.

* Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets

* Organising and managing labour on site

* Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.

* Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.

* Arranging inductions

* To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.

Requirements:

* IT/Paperwork Literate

* SMSTS/SSTS

* CCDO

* Asbestos awareness

* Experience working for Demolition sub contractors

* 5 + years management experience
